cancellation policy

Our restaurant has a complete reservation system in order to provide you with a comfortable aesthetic.

We ask all customers who can receive treatment at salons and “business trips and visits” to agree to the following.

* Please note that the cancellation rules for visiting and business trip services differ.

For salon users

If you wish to cancel (change) the reservation, please contact us by noon the day before the reservation date . Cancellation fees will be charged for subsequent cancellations (reservation changes), cancellations made on the day, unauthorized cancellations and changes to reservations.

* Please note that reservations from the next time will not be accepted for customers with frequent cancellations and changes in reservations.

cancellation charge

  • 3 days before the reservation date ... Free
  • Cancellation after that: 50% of the treatment fee
  • Cancellation on the day, unauthorized cancellation ... 100% of the treatment fee
  • Please be advised that if the reservation time exceeds 15 minutes, the time will be shortened or canceled depending on the reservation status.

In accordance with the cancellation policy above , you will be charged a cancellation fee to the designated account.

■ Please make a reservation with sufficient time.

■ Please contact us as soon as possible if you cancel or change your reservation.

■ Please contact us by phone or email for cancellation.

It may not be possible to respond immediately during treatment.

For business trips and visits

cancellation charge

  • Free until noon the day before the reservation date
  • Cancellation after that: 50% of the treatment fee
  • Cancellation 3 hours to 1 hour before ... 100% of treatment fee
